Full payment is required prior to the shipping of all items.
In some cases such as bouquets and custom pieces a 50% payment will be required prior to production, with full payment on completion. This is to support you with paying for a large item during planning for such an important occasion in your life and it allows me to purchase the materials required to create your bouquet or other item... please contact me to discuss other options.
The time I need to prepare your order for shipping varies depending on the nature of the item and your unique wedding ideas, however, whether it is an alternative bespoke bridal bouquet or a tiny hair clip I will always try to get your order on it's way to you as soon as possible!
If you do require something quickly, please contact me and I will endeavour to create and post your unique order as soon as I can.
Postage & Packing
With the possible exception of my alternative bespoke bouquets and a few other items which require their own bespoke packing, I aim to post orders as soon as possible after your payment has been processed, they are all packaged individually in tissue paper and organza bags, unless otherwise requested.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I aim to post items as soon as possible, using either 1st class Royal Mail or a tracked option for higher value items.
I am currently expanding the number of countries I can deliver to, so please if the area you live is not currently listed for postage, please contact me and I will endeavour to arrange for you to be included.
Once an item is shipped, delivery is not within my control. If your item does not arrive please contact me so that we can discuss a resolution.
Customs: Tax, Duty and Handling Fees
Any fees due on overseas orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will not be given where the purchaser does not wish to pay customs fees.
When sending outside of the UK, CRZyBest currently sends 1st class tracked, Delivery Duty Unpaid by Royal Mail, which means you may incur a bill for fees from the courier to cover handling and your country's import tax. I am currently looking into solutions t be able to send Delivery Duty Paid in the future, this will mean the costs will be included in your intial purchase, rather than the current additional costs.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations
I will gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and please ship items back within 7 days of delivery
If you wish to cancel, please request a cancellation before the item has been made and definitely before it has been shipped.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for bespoke, custom or personalised orders, but if you aren't totally happy please contact me and I will try to find a solution.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs using a tracked method of postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
